Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of remodeladvocate.us (the "Site"), operated by Remodel Advocate ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover use of the website itself — browsing its pages and submitting the contact form. They are separate from the agreement you would sign to engage Remodel Advocate's paid advisory services, which is provided directly to clients at the time of engagement.

Who We Are

Remodel Advocate provides independent remodeling advisory services to homeowners. We are not a general contractor, do not perform construction work, and are not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a contractor.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use any automated means to scrape or harvest content from the Site without our written permission

No Professional Advice From Site Content

The content on this Site — including service descriptions, the Remodel Advocate Method, and any educational material — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute individualized professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a paid consultation or engagement with Remodel Advocate.

No Guarantee of Contractor Performance

Remodel Advocate does not guarantee the performance, workmanship, licensing status, or conduct of any contractor. Homeowners are solely responsible for their final contractor selection and any contract they enter into. We do not accept compensation from contractors for recommending their services.
